Welcome to Tech86. By contracting or using our engineering and consulting services, you agree to the terms described below, which aim to ensure the security and quality of deliverables.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Intellectual Property
All source code developed specifically for the Client (except third-party libraries or Tech86 proprietary components licensed separately) becomes the Client's property upon full payment of agreed amounts. Tech86's methodology, know-how, and internal tools remain the exclusive property of the Contractor.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain absolute secrecy regarding technical, commercial, and strategic information exchanged during the contract term and for a period of 5 (five) years after its termination.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tech86 or its suppliers be liable for any indirect damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services, except as stipulated in a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) contracted.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of São Paulo/SP.
